Yes. Go to "Create a Session" on the MyStudio.net home page and follow the instructions. After you complete your purchase, you will be sent a confidential “Privacy Code” via email. Simply go to any MyStudio Recording Studio and enter your confidential Privacy Code. The studio will immediately print an Activation Card that you will use to start your session. |

What are the advantages to purchasing a session online?

If you purchase a session online you can customize your session with many backgrounds and karaoke songs that are not available at the MyStudio paystations. |

How long are the MyStudio sessions?

After you swipe your Activation Card inside the studio, you will have approximately 30 seconds to prepare yourself and adjust the camera to customize your video. Your recorded session will then begin and run for up to 5 minutes. |

Can people see me when I am recording my session?

No. The unique MyStudio door is clear when the studio is not in use and turns opaque during your session to provide you with privacy. The studio is also sound proof. |

May I use my own music in a MyStudio?

Yes. You may bring a CD, USB, or an MP3 player. Remember that under the Terms of Use, you must only use music at MyStudio for which you have the legal rights to use. |

How do I choose a background for my video?

A MyStudio, has two paystations with touch-screen monitors. You will be able to choose from many different backgrounds at a studio. If you register for a session online, you will have over 1000 backgrounds to choose from. |

May I upload my own video background?

No. However, if you purchase your session online, you will be given the opportunity to choose from a much larger selection of backgrounds than you would if you registered at MyStudio Recording Studio. |

How do I browse MyStudio Videos?

Select "View Videos", in the menu bar.
- In the menu bar, select "View Videos".
- Select the video Category/Subcategory.
- Click on the thumbnails of the videos that you wish to view.

How do I search Videos/Profiles/Friends?

- Click the dropdown box to the left of the "Search Profiles or Videos" textbox.
- Select the category you want to search from (Videos, Profiles, Find Friends, Browse and Advanced)
- Enter the search criteria in the "Search Profiles or Videos" textbox.
- Click "Search".
- Click on the thumbnails of the videos that you wish to view.

How do I become a member and create my own MyStudio profile?

To become a member, go to the MyStudio.net home page. Click Sign-Up in the upper right hand corner and follow the simple steps. You will be sent an email containing a login link. Click on the link, sign in and you are ready to activate your videos. |

You will be able to create your own MyStudio profile page and customize it with your own MyStudio videos, photos, music and personal information and participate in the MyStudio social network. From the website, you may email (SHARE WITH A FRIEND) the link to your video to virtually anyone you want. They will be able to click on the link and watch it immediately from MyStudio.net. |

How do I change my video settings?

Click "Video Info"
- Sign-in to your account.
- Click "Video Info".
- In the right-hand column, click the image of the video that you would like to edit.
- When the video displays, you may rename the video, tags, category, sub category, etc.
- Click "Submit".

Forgot your Username or Password?

At the Member login area of the home page of MyStudio.net, click on "Forgot Username or Password?" You will be asked to enter your email address and answer the security question that you answered when you became a member (e.g., "What is your Mothers maiden name"?). When you answer correctly, your username and password will be emailed to you. |

How do I change my profile picture?

There are two ways to accomplish this: (1) Upon registration, go to the section that is labeled "Upload Image" and click the "Browse" button. You may then navigate to a location where your image is located and select it. When you click the "Modify" button after you have finished the registration, your image will be loaded for your profile page. (2) If you have created a profile, go to your "Account" page, and click "Edit My Profile" or "Upload Profile Picture”. You will be taken to the registration page. Go to the section that is labeled "Upload Image" and click the "Browse" button. You may then navigate to the location where your image is located and select it. When you click the "Modify" button after you have finished, your image will be loaded on your profile page. |

Can I use the same email address to register for more than one account?

MyStudio.net only allows one profile per email address. However you may create a new email address and use that to sign up. |

What will happen to my videos if I delete a video or my member account?

Your videos will no longer be available to you or the public. They will be permanently removed from our site as well as all your comments, pictures and personal information. So please give careful consideration as to whether you want to delete a video or your member account. |

MyStudio hosts a number of contests including contests sponsored by music labels, modeling agencies and comedy clubs. All you need to enter is a MyStudio video and a member account. Go to the contests link on the home page to enter for your chance to win. |

How many videos may I submit to a contest?

You may submit as many different videos as you would like in any one contest. However, you may not enter the same video in a contest more than once. |

May I enter a contest if I am under 18 years of age?

You may do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. When entering a contest, your parent or guardian will be required to email MyStudio.net with their consent. The consent information can be found in the contests section of the MyStudio.net home page. |

How do I block MyStudio Members from sending me spam?

Go to the person's profile page that has been sending you spam. Click on "Block User”. That blocked user will not be able to send you a message, comment on your videos or comment on your profile. To un-block a user click on blocked users on your account page and deselect them. |

A private profile allows only Members that you consent to be in your friend list to view your profile. Other users/members of MyStudio.net will not be allowed to view your profile. |

- When you receive your DVD, insert the DVD into your computer
- Then upload the files from the DVD to your computer's desktop or Hard Drive

- Next click the "Upload video" button
- Choose the .MOV file on your desktop, or where the file was saved to, then select it
